With consistent emails and phone calls to keep you informed through each step. I was always kept in the loop. With the market and industry experience Shane has, I had so much faith in his knowledge regarding selling my home. My house went live and then 10 days later it was done. Once buyers had viewed my home (15 in total), Shane and his team negotiated over a space of a few days and increased the offers steadily but with careful consideration. I was always guided and offered points of interest. With this in mind, I accepted the offer that was right for me. At all times Shane and his team were immensely professional and treated me like a valued customer. Having this team in my corner made this experience enjoyable.
