As a recent Seller (Aug 2021). I engaged Burcul Property as agent. Boris Burcul was unflappable in the face of the tenant push back against showing prospective buyers through. The signage was great. Boris’ management of the sales process, dealing with buyers and most importantly giving frequent updates on feed-back and explanation of selling strategy. That is all good of course – but No.1 .. he got a sale price well above other similar apartments. I mean well above. Boris is an agent who works with you, listened to my concerns and just as importantly all the paperwork was a breeze. I would engage him again without hesitation for my next real estate venture.

Isabella is a very determined agent who does not give up on a mission to sell a property. We especially liked her personal service and time investment in our recent sale. Her ethics and integrity are beyond reproach. She is thoughtful and innovative in her approach to moving properties and we will certainly use her as our agent of choice in any further real estate dealings.

Steve showed a great knowledge of the area I was selling in & particular knowledge of the actual building. He was always quick to answer any questions & very approachable with any problems.
