Our plan it was to sell out our current property and buy a new one in another suburb at the same time. Luna was excellent to work with. She helped my Dad with an appraisal of his Marsfield house nearly 3 years ago which has been in our family for over 25 years. She would (from time to time) check-in with Dad over the years to see how he was doing and if he was ready to sell.
