John Lennard and Nick Boon were a very approachable and knowledgeable team who guided me and my sister very ably through the process and eventual sale of our mother's property. Both were extremely prompt, informative and confident in their knowledge and advice, which was very reassuring since we had not undertaken a house sale prior to this. We also appreciated John's considerable experience in real estate his positive attitude in seeing potential in the property that was for sale, and his optimistic attitude towards the elements involved in preparing the property and undertaking the sale negotiation process. Finally, John's good-natured and good-humoured ways made it easy to discuss any aspect of the sale. We are very appreciative that John was recommended to us.
