Danny did a a good selling job, and worked hard. He didn't get the price we initially wanted but guess that's just the market, as one can't fault the effort he put in. His style is to give a huge amount of feedback to sellers, which was not what we wanted - we didn't want to be involved in the minutiae of the selling, just to see any reasonable offers. However, when we pointed this out Danny was very receptive and reduced feedback to weekly reports. He was also unfailingly pleasant and professional and reacted very positively to any suggestions from us. We also felt reasonably confident that we could trust him to prioritize our best interests, which is certainly more than can be said of most in his profession, so very happy to strongly recommend him.

Mark clearly understands the variety of factors affecting each area of real estate when it comes to buying and selling. When discussing the price range and approach to selling, Mark was able to clearly articulate the reasoning behind all aspects of it. Having sold two properties with him I observed the contrast in how he adapted to different situations. One sale being a seamless and great result with almost immediate turn around.
