Michael was the sellers agent when we were attempting to purchase a property and he went beyond our expectations to keep us informed of the sellers status and intentions to resolve a complicated subdivision. When the seller ultimately took the property off the market Michael let us know of another similar property that had just been listed. With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy. I'll certainly use his services if I'm selling! 5 VERY well-earned stars!

The selling of our property was made stress free by Mandys knowledge of the market and helped us get the price we were looking for. She answered all of our questions in a very easy to understand way and kept us in the loop the whole way through the sale.
