John seems like a great guy, he knew the market and my area,he was great at communicating, kept us informed all the way. John took care of alot of fiddly house maintance issuee to make open home a success. John got the results we wanted in 1 week. It seemed all parties were happy and I felt he had an honest approach. I would highly recommend John and his Team again! Matt also has a really relaxed, warm friendly approach which is a bonus for open homes and private viewings! Blake was very responsive on every encounter we had with him. He was also a sure foot in front with his professionalism and research of sales around Elliott Heads and nothing was of any hardship to him including doing an extra one or two open house viewings on his own time which also fell on a Sunday which no doubt was his family time , however he conveyed to us that this was no big deal.
