On a couple of occasions, there were communication breakdowns.

At times communication was last minute, which required rushed responses or actions for the vendor. Kristell’s first introduction and pitch to us was very good and her expectations on sale were what got her hired, although I feel her expectations were a little over forecast and not really realistic. Once sale was made felt the shift of focus became about the buyer not the seller.
