Logan came the first time to my home to do an appraisal for. I immediately liked Logan and was very impressed with his manner. I explained to him that I was not ready to sell yet and needed some time before putting the house on the market. He asked when I wanted him to get back to me and he waited until that time came before contacting me again. I don't like being constantly called when I have clearly stated I was not ready so was happy with the fact that he listened. When it came to selling my home I couldn't have got a better agent. Logan was thoughtful, diligent and I could contact him at any time and he always got back to me. He kept me informed about everything happening around the sale of my home. Thankyou Logan for all your hard work and facilitating such a quick sale. Logan treated me extremely well and made the process so much easier than I expected.
