Lyn provided complete follow-up on all offers for the property and also added opinions on the good and bad points on the offers made. This provided a good understanding of the changes in market conditions over the period of the listing. My property took some time to sell and Lyn was cheering all the way for the sale and offered the necessary motivation to continue with current marketing when open house inspections were non-existent for a period. A couple of agreed sale offers fell through for different reasons, however the end resulting sale was in excess of the asking price. I am very grateful to Lyn for her persistence in the marketing and resultant sale of my property.

Was very easy communicating with Aiden who was always available to talk. He was very swift and efficient with listing the property for sale and doing all the paperwork required. Also provided me with some good information, particularly with a checklist for after exchange and settlement. He had a good knowledge of the market and did a good job negotiating with the buyer to achieve the price we were wanting for the property. All in all a great experience. Only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that he didn’t make me aware that the marketing fees were payable once the property was listed and it came as a surprise to have to pay them upfront instead of them being deducted with the commission after settlement.
