This endeavour began with a random telephone call from a Real Estate Agent many months ago . I receive those random calls often , and unless I am busy at that moment I sometimes get into casual conversations. When I decided to sell a small unit of mine , although I can not remember who contacted whom at that point , I invited this Agent Hagan to come and take a look at the place . I met Agent Hagan and his senior Agent John on the appointed day inside the unit . I had a vague plan of how I wanted to sell it . Since this unit was in a state of disrepair it did not have much of sales points except a modest “ potential “ if you were open minded enough . To my luck , John happened to be such a person , in a flash he digested my vague plan and came up with the range of sale prices that were to be advertised in the Internet . A couple of weeks or so later , I received a call from John and he reported that the response to the advertisement had been pretty positive he thought the sale price range could be increased a bit . A week or so later , the increased figure was met . If the success of a sale of Real Estate is to be measured by a formula that involves , the amount of efforts and costs to improve the item , the amount of expectations for a good result , the amount of time you spend waiting and thinking about it , the amount of disappointment at the end , or the amount of relief at the end , this has been the most successful Real Estate Sale for myself .
