Deardrie is a legend Another agent we asked for an opinion inspected the property and told us there were some issues. We are from interstate and had not been at the property for a while but were comforted when told these issues would sort themselves out once we there was a buyer. Fortunately that was not the only agent we asked. After Deardrie inspected the property, she confirmed there were issues, and apologised for her ‘bad news’ when she explained the ‘issues ‘ in detail. We then come over to have a look ourselves and were shocked about the state of the property inside; we were never made aware of that earlier. We were impressed with Deardrie’s courage to be ‘up-front’, and opted for doing major repairs to present the place in top condition for optimum buyers appeal at a much higher price point. Deardrie secured the interest of a serious buyer after about 3 months. Deardrie maintained a close relationship with us, and with the interstate buyer. Those relationships proved to be the key for completing the contract, as the ‘LOW FEE ’ conveyancing firm acting for us was a horror show experience. Because of her relationships, we could talk to Deardrie, and she could talk to the buyer. And that is what she did, each time our conveyancer received a termination notice from the other side and asked us what to do about it! That happened a few times! We did not have a clue why this happed, and when we asked Deardrie, she climbed in the phone and sorted the mess. THAT WAS GOLD!

The price achieved exceeded our expectations and Michael was proactively involved with negotiations with the vendor and assisting us meeting the conditions of sale which significantly contributed to a positive outcome and experience for all parties. In summary Michael demonstrated excellent market knowledge, has a strong local network, did what he said he was going to when he said he would do it and maintained strong communication through out. I could not recommend his services highly enough.
