We couldn’t be happier with our experience with City and Country Reality, specifically Kieran. He was so helpful, professional and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. As first home buyers, and living remotely, we felt as though he went above and beyond to make everything feel simple and stress-free. We really appreciate all his help and would highly recommend to future buyers!

Kieran demonstrated strong market knowledge. He was happy to show me house after house until I found the one I liked. His advice was also tailored to my specific needs looking a head. Kieran was always available, or he responded promptly to any messages. He also provided support during the settlements stages along the way.

I had a great experience dealing with Kieran throughout the purchase of my home. Kieran was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with from the beginning through to settlement. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated the support and guidance, which helped make the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I would happily recommend Kieran to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The process was made so simple that we hardly had to do anything. We were expecting a more complicated procedure and yet the house was sold before we knew it. We thought the paperwork would be long and tedious, but it was all done for us. Angeline was so busy and yet still paid full attention to us. She didn't miss a thing.

Good, honest communications with excellent knowledge of market. Negotiations were easy and stress free due to professionalism from agent
