All work was carried out in a timely manner, within the timeframes they suggested, at very cost effective. as we were unable to do any of this because we were overseas, this was a godsend. When it was being presented to the market, Charl kept us up to date on all aspects of the marketing on a regular basis. We were dumbfounded by the response that he received and that we received three offers within the first week! Charl expertly managed these offers to the finalisation of the sale.
