This is the second time that Conny has sold a property for me. Using Conny for the second time was a very easy decision. Conny sits down with you and explains every step her communication is excellent and lets you know things when it happens It took her 3weeks on the market to get me an offer and it was the whole amount I was asking for can’t ask anything better than that. Like I said I had Conny twice and she does everything very professionally and nothing is a bother.

Luke is very good at his job. He reads & responds to market conditins vey well. He communicates well & most importantly I trust him.

Lisa is very professional and approachable with excellent knowledge of the market. She offered sound advice on properties and pricing, and was always available to help with any questions we had. She is a caring person who did her best to ensure our purchase was right for us and that the whole process went as smoothly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as an agent.

Adam put together a defined strategy of sale that worked a treat in selling our house in a very short time frame with the minimum of fuss and bother. The end result was a sale within a few weeks and sale price that more than met our expectations. The sale has been a smooth journey with the usual issues involved in the sale process dealt with quickly and in a positive manner for all. We would not hesitate in recommending Adam and the Kitson Group for any future sales of local real estate as they are knowing in the issues that matter in obtaining the outcome you are seeking when selling your property.

Cassie and Marnie helped me navigate a realistic price expectation in an uncertain market which lead to a quick sale. I would not hesitate to recommend them
