He answered every call and silly question with patience and genuine kindness, met with us on short notice to show us a private showing of our (now) home and kept us in the loop the entire process. He also worked on fixing any issues to ensure our house was perfect for settlement & even whipped out a tape measure for us to get sizing for the space when we bought a couch.
