I recently bought a unit through Doug Disher Real Estate. The team there were extremely kind, helpful and accommodating - they were flexible around arranging extra inspections (pre-offer, and also in the interim pre-settlement), they facilitated me moving items into the garage pre-settlement which made my move easier, and post-settlement they followed up and helped me out when I first went to use the washing machine and oven (included in the unit). I was a first-home-buyer, so was also a bit stressed and had a lot to learn throughout the process, and they were kind and helpful and answered my many calls and emails and questions :) I know they are employed by the seller, but I could not recommend them more from a buyers perspective too. They were great to work with. Thank you so much! You really made my experience so much better!!!!!!!

I followed Toby’s instructions, and the process was smooth overall. The sale price was $70k higher than anticipated. The entire process took around three months. Unfortunately, some repair and renovation work took longer than expected, but that was beyond Toby’s control. In short, I’m a happy vendor.
