I found Kurt and his team to be great with information about the market, what I needed to put in place for the sale, recommendations for various services and easy to communicate with, always responding quickly. Whilst it shouldn’t matter to me, I was very happy that the buyers were young first home owners, who I know will love the place as much as I did, and I got the impression that it gave the agents the same warm fuzzy feeling to sell the home to first timers. Selling a property from interstate is not easy, you really need to trust your agent. Having bought and sold numerous properties, Tim is the only agent I would trust selling in North West Tasmania.
