Andrea always let me know what was happening and when she was bringing buyers through, so the home could be set up to its best potential. She assisted in the set up and closure of the home as required Professionally dealing with unnecessary abuse when it occurred, maintaining her professional confidence and strong work ethics. She was able to schedule in last minute requests between her own private life. She was helpful in suggesting what jobs did and didn't need doing prior to putting the home on the market, including being able to provide names of people who could assist. Her advice was sound. Andrea is trustworthy, having a beautiful, warm, affable, caring nature, with endless patience and knowledge. Selling a property from interstate is not easy, you really need to trust your agent. Having bought and sold numerous properties, Tim is the only agent I would trust selling in North West Tasmania. After having our property listed with another agent twice for a total of well over 9 months, we engaged Tim. Within a week he advised us what we needed to do to improve the presentation (it had been rented out and not looked after well), arranged trades to complete the agreed work and even brought his mower over and mowed the lawns for us so that he could present it well.
