He made it all appear so simple, which is a testament to his experience and success within the industry. Oh, and I also have note that he is one of the very few Agents I've ever worked with who actually returns your calls! There is no way that I would ever hesitate in recommending Brent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional Agent. To be honest, I need to also flag that Judy and Andrea at Coastal were amazing in my recent dealings. They all operate as an impressive and legitimate team. Absolutely a ten out of ten experience, and can't rate them more highly.

From the beginning Leigh was really helpful, answering any questions I had about the property in a timely fashion and as concisely as possible. I was not his direct client but he still made the effort to provide everything I needed, even adding an extra clause for my benefit on the contract.
