Five years ago Huis Real Estate had not entered our list of known Realtors, it was through firstly a neighbour then followed a close relative who decided to entrust Huis to market his townhouse in Yeerongpilly. He was not in good health at the time thus required additional services to prepare his property for sale. From a ready list of services provided by Huis he was able to take a back seat and allow others to do the heavy lifting. A fruitful and successful sale followed. While Huis Real Estate and in particular Irena Jansa had come to us as recommended from two different sources we were still running on trust. We very soon became aware that Irena instilled her self-confidence in us to the point we did not question her decisions. It became patently obvious this sales lady of many years experience knew her craft, Irena was very much in control at all times and had the personal belief to follow through with her judgement. We were briefed daily and knew at all times where we were in the process.
