Once pre-action offers were submitted Ben meet with us and spoke about what we could expect per auction and on auction day Ben then spoke with all the prospective buyers and came back to us with a pre-auction offer that we accepted. This price was well above simular units sold in the same area Overall, Ben conducted himself in a very professional manner made this whole process hassle free.
