Young, creative, and seriously good.

I talked to a few agents before choosing Sajid, but he stood out. You could tell he cared. He’s young, hungry, creative, and full of energy. He didn’t roll in with a generic plan. He brought ideas that actually suited my home. The biggest thing for me was buyer communication. Sajid stayed on top of every enquiry so buyers never felt ignored. He replied fast to them and to me, and I never had to chase updates. He negotiated well too. Firm when needed, but never pushy or awkward. We ended up achieving a suburb record for my house. I’m genuinely grateful I chose him. I’d use Sajid again and recommend him to any seller.
