We were just about to place an offer for the other property when Jack called to tip to scales. Yes there were some negotiations but it was actually the respectful way he treated us on a home open a year ago that clinched the deal. Going above client expectations is another of his strengths. Jack advised us, to rent furniture, to make our home more appealing to potential buyers, who could imagine how a furnished house would look. Our house looked great and was less cluttered and more presentable, than when we had our own furniture in. I was surprised how much difference it made. Although costly, this gave tremendous benefit to the final price, which would had been much lower, than without. He was able to appeal to the potential buyer, to keep raising their offer several times, to get us the best possible price. It made us happier to sell. Jack also came over to help tidy the yard, which was unexpected, but was delightful. We were very pleased with his insight to the current and future market. he advised us to get the property on the market before any interest rate rises and before the property market worsened. He took many photos, for display on the internet selling pages, which enhanced the look of the property and hid many imperfections, such as some weeds in the garden. Overall, we would highly recommend Jack and Morgan and Hayes Real Estate, to anyone wishing to get the best possible price for their property.
