We had 4 days of open homes, and the process after every open home was great. Described the potential buyers, and gave their honest feedback. Then at the start of the third week on sale, 3 offers were made on the same day, and within 2 days, contract signed, and 6 days later, unconditional with a a perfect settlement period that aligns with our move. Ryan was very responsive to my queries throughout the listing. As a buyer, I did not experience worry that he was not engaging with me at any stage through the buying process. It makes the world of difference to have an agent who is willing to pick up the phone and have a fair discussion about every matter relating to the listing. On the same token, at no stage did I feel pressured by Ryan to make a decision or to agree on a certain price point. Ryan assisted me to purchase my first home and definitely made the process a lot less stressful that it may have been otherwise.
