Damian spent a large amount of time asking questions and understanding our property and the local area. Great in person service and experience. The online portal is good for overall view and tracking but not so much for those that would prefer phone contact as first preference. That being said we were more than happy with the end result achieved. The final process was handled professionally and efficiently.
