From day 1, Omar was excellent at communicating and keeping me updated with very helpful insights. On top of his great market knowledge, he does not set expectations too high unnecessary and very realistic. No dodgy business and most importantly, very polite. He also got everything sorted out for me (fixes, painting, etc) keeping me updated but not hassled.
