I have used Paula to sell three properties recently. She has exceeded my expectations for price and service, and in fact achieved record results for the property types in their areas on each of the three occasions. Paula works very hard to understand the market she is working in, the history of sales in the area, and the relative pros/cons of competition properties plus recent sales. She sets expectations based on her deep knowledge of the property market and how it works, and then works with you to reach the best outcome possible. She does all of this with a smile on her face and constant and excellent communication. She is available at all times to work through issues, and seemingly builds strong relationships with interested parties. This certainly allowed her to exceed my expectations on sales price and terms on three out of three occasions.
