Chris was extremely patient and diligent, a real professional. I wanted above the market price for my house. It took a year but he found me a buyer who was happy to pay what I was asking for. Over the year he gave me weekly reports as to who was looking and what they were offering, but I wanted more. I'm so pleased that I chose JB Dixon and Chris O'Farrell to help me sell my family home, they really did a fantastic job.
