There is no doubt that many agents go out of their way to secure a sale, but Carol was extremely helpful in arranging visits to the property and communications with the vendors after the contract was signed. As a mortgage broker, I have seen the best and worse of real estate agents. Lucien Leggieri is at the top of the best and I cant give him enough praise. We were interstate purchasers and he arranged a private time to show us through the property with a 3rd party and FaceTime a viewing while interacting with us. He always kept us updated as negotiations progressed and through contract stage, etc. Calls were always returned within minutes (even while he was on holidays!). His pleasant manner and honesty are outstanding qualities. The service didn’t stop there - the after sale service was just as good. He met us early on a Saturday morning to hand over the keys!
