Quick sale in a deadish market.

Claude was a star, keeping the communication lines open and keeping us up to date during every stage of the sale. We ended up selling to a lovely couple, which was important as the house is next door to where we live. It was a negotiated sale, meaning the buyers had requirements, and Claude came into his own, using his first rate skills to get everything signed off.
