Josie Galati, did a fantastic job selling our unit. She gave us a realistic valuation based on true local data instead of inflating the price just to win our business. The initial proposal submitted was not correct in that the valuation range quoted did not end up reflecting reality, a difference of about $200,000.00 (ie 15.4%). The quoted range needed to be reduced on a number of occasions so as to attract attention. When the quoted range was last altered downwards, market traction was achieved and the property was eventually sold. All other services including advice, negotiations and communications between vendor and agent were excellent.
