Having never sold a house before, we were really appreciative of John's approach to the sale of our home. He calmly guided us (and our potential buyers) through the process and to what was ultimately a good fair outcome. In a dropping market, we were quite stressed about our decision-making in terms of price band and Auction Vs Private Sale, and John's wise advice and informative approach helped ease the stress and made the process easy to negotiate. Thanks again John!

I purchased an apartment from Alex and during the entire process he was thoroughly professional and prompt in answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
