His communication with me through phone calls, text messages and emails was always very prompt and thorough. Documents were sent on time, and he was able to make time to meet/review documents even late in the day and/or on weekends for me which was a great help. He was able to give me good insight into the buying process, and I always felt he was honest with me regarding my offers. He also corresponded well with my conveyancer when required. Overall, Alvin was a great help to me in a stressful time.
