Sohail was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. He provided insightful information that helped me make an informed decision on the price, and he consistently went above and beyond—researching details that extended well beyond what’s typically expected. His dedication and support played a key role in my successful home purchase, culminating in that iconic photo with the sold sign. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide on this journey!

Extraordinary Professional!!! We recently worked with Sohail Ashori from Barry Plant Noble Park to sell our property in Narre Warren South, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial meeting and consultation to the final sale, Sohail was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns, and kept us informed every step of the way. We particularly appreciated his patience with us during the negotiation process, even when things seemed a little bleak in so far as active buyers and numbers were concerned, and his perseverance and calmness. Even when we thought the successful purchaser had fallen through, Sohail had other Vendors in the wings that he was able to engage with to find our ultimate purchaser at better than expected price! Overall, he went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful sale. We highly recommend Sohail to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent in the City of Casey area.

Sohail was extremely helpful when looking for a property to purchase. Was very polite, excellent customer service, when I asked for information in a blink it was in my email. Very satisfied with his experience and knowledge. Would I purchase or sell with Sohail again…..YES definitely.
