In the end restrictions lifted a little & we were able to have an traditional Saturday afternoon auction with ONLY registered bidders. Point here is Ray White had selling contingencies in place , were flexible and adaptable. This ability to adapt extended to the buyers as well! All buyers had flexible access times to the property, including opens & by appointments. All their questions no matter how left field were answered either immediately or soon as they were able to get answers. The result was a very good one for us as vendors and the buyer seemed happy too!
