He is also genuinely helpful and communicates with sincerity, which is much appreciated in an industry where there always feels like there's the "Lemons problem". Jackie was transparent and assisted with swift negotiations that made this purchase smooth and as peaceful as can be. He would generally reply within a few hours unless he had meetings on, and would inform upfront when he's going to be away.
