Frank was helpful to me. I went through few properties with him before deciding to buy the house that I bought. He was always friendly and welcoming. He may not always have the answers to your questions, but he will find out the right answers, or the right persons who can help you, and get back to you as soon as he can. Also, he will help you to resolve any concerns you have related to the property. My only issue with the whole process was I didn't realise my brand new house doesn't come with cooling. Later, I realised it was mentioned in the building contract as well. But, I felt like it would have been nice if he had informed me about it. Apart from that, the overall experience was great. He deserves the 5 stars.
