Buying your first home can be a jarring experience. Jared was a pleasure to work with throughout the journey. He was contactable and provided clear responses to help inform my decision and he is a highly personable and professional individual. Jared was prompt in preparing documents, responding to my queries and ensuring the process was smooth without any bumps along the way. His personal experience with the real estate market also allows him to provide vendors and buyers with a personal insight into market conditions which in my opinion, is favourable to both parties in making their decisions. I have no hesitancy recommending Jared to anyone who is looking to enter the market and should I be in the market again, would make him a first point of contact.
