From our first inspection to handing over of the keys, Jay was professional, kind and honest with everything we asked (which was admittedly, a lot, as first home buyers.) He was always quick to get back to us, and chased up answers to any questions we had as soon as possible, which made the whole experience a lot easier. I would recommend Jay to friends and family, and hope he is still in the business if I decide to sell down the track.
