I recently worked with Anna Gelsumini and Tony Brakis from Leased and Sold to sell my apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Both Anna and Tony brought an impressive depth of knowledge and professionalism to the process. From the initial valuation to the final sale, they demonstrated efficiency, clear communication, and a strong commitment to getting the best outcome. There marketing strategy was excellent, with high-quality photos and a compelling listing that quickly attracted interest. They managed viewings seamlessly and were always available to answer any questions. Tony’s and Anna’s expertise in handling negotiations made me feel confident and well-represented, ultimately securing a smooth and successful sale. I highly recommend Anna Gelsumini and Tony Brakis from Lease & Sold agents to anyone looking to lease or sell their property. Tony and Anna’s dedication and skill make the process much less stressful, and they genuinely work hard for their clients. Thank you, Anna and Tony for your outstanding service!
