Was easy to get in touch with and good to talk to, all in all a good experience throughout the process. Had some challenges with getting electricity to the property for a second inspection, but was eventually resolved and since the property is a unit, a lot of the info I was asking for was referred back to the property manager, which I didn't have contacts for.

Russell was kind and worked with tenderness around finding the right buyer (this was important for all of her children). There was always open and prompt communication. What stood out was Russell's willingness to listen with compassion and provide guidance in the process when necessary. There was no task too big or small for Russell. The house has now sold.
