He gave me great guidance at the start in regard to the staging of the property and he had it sold for what I wanted in less than 2 weeks. Prior to settlement they went above and beyond by selling off some of the furniture I no longer needed which was greatly appreciated. Everything was done in an extremely professional and polite manner and I can't recommend them highly enough.
