I was concerned about how long the property would take to sell and any potential compromises I would need to make on price given that the property was tenanted and I was selling after the government had announced CGT and negative gearing changes. I was very happy when I received offers within only a few days of the property being advertised. Liesa was able to bargain the buyer up to increase the price from their initial offer. The property ultimately sold for more than the appraised value and was under offer in only 7 days from when it was first advertised, which is an outstanding result.
