Owner, Director and Licensee of Century 21 River Residential (South Perth), Liesa Leddick has worked in the real estate industry for more than 12 years, with hands on experience as a Property Manager, Sales Rep, Owner and Licensee. Having previously held demanding positions in both the corporate and academic sectors in Perth, Sydney and internationally, Liesa has attained a range of skills and has a unique approach to real estate rarely found in the industry. An ex-Lecturer of International Relations at Curtin University, Liesa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Ecotourism), a Masters of International Relations and National Security, and is currently undertaking her PhD focusing on transnational organised crime networks, corruption and the illegal wildlife trade. As the Secretary for the Australian Institute of International Affairs, Liesa was able to establish contacts and build relationships with diplomats and politicians from all over the world and attend numerous diplomatic events and conferences, often held under Chatham House Rules. (An invitation onto the US Aircraft carrier, USS Carl Vinson off Fremantle was a highlight!) She has also worked in various third-world countries such as Sierra Leone and in the jungles of Vanuatu for months on end, leading community development projects. Liesa’s superior customer service, polished professionalism, exceptional organisational and communication skills; and extensive in-depth market knowledge has ensured Liesa’s good standing and reputation in the real estate industry. Liesa prides herself on her honesty, integrity, transparency, and ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. Liesa has worked with some of the most highly regarded real estate agents in Perth and has experience in selling her previous successful agencies. Passionate about life-long learning and self-improvement, Liesa enjoys global travel, horse riding, and keeping fit. She enjoys spending time with her husband Simon along with their much-loved and totally spoilt Schnauzers, Hugo and Millie, and riding her Warmblood x Clydesdale, Storm.
