I have to say our experience selling our home with James, was excellent. Right from the off there was a no nonsense, practical approach from him. James didn't sell us an unrealistic outcome, quite the opposite, he was very honest. James' communication was superb. We mostly talked via text, he was super responsive and informative and I never felt I was being left in the dark at any stage. He kept me right every step of the way as I hadn't sold a house in Australia before, no question felt like a stupid one, even though some of mine were. James kept in touch even when his job had been done, nice touch. I would have absolutely no qualms in using James' services again, he's super agent.

James knowledge of the Carramar area was excellent. He put the right price on our property from the get go which attracted the right buyers and we were confident in his negotiating skills to get more than what we had advertised which he did. If we had any questions, concerns or just needed advice he always responded and guided us in the right direction. He is generally a really nice person which we loved straight away.
