Can help achieve sales goals by using good sales tactics while using current market to help influence decisions and to reach a favourable outcome for the seller. Highly recommend as I managed to sell my property within 4 days of being on the market and it was a studio apartment which are normally extremely hard to sell. With a his advice from him and his team we managed to exceed expectation and ensure a fast sale and a quick transition process as they also had settlement agents lined up aswell.

Smooth experience

Recently purchased a lot of land from Geoff, he explained the different options available and provided details to all my questions, and took the time to explain some things about the contract. So overall he was easy to get along with. He does like to use the typical salesman line of "be quick because these lots won't last long", but I'll forgive him for that.
