When we first met Ian was well-prepared with market knowledge and listened attentively to our needs. He expertly managed our unique situation and the overall experience has been positive. Ian always prioritised customer service and his kindness and genuine nature made me feel like I was dealing with a real estate professional rather than a typical agent. He was honest respectful and guided me through every step of the process. I highly recommend Ian to anyone considering selling their home.

Ian's knowledge and experience of real estate sales in the area is masterly! Over a ten year period, we bought and then sold the same house with Ian. From the time of understanding the market, timing of the sale, preparation for the open days, the launch, through the sales and negotiation process, and more importantly to the after-sales service. We could not imagine that there's anyone better than Ian. He assisted in so many ways, even down to facilitating some of the minor repairs needed.

The recent selling of our Wembley Downs property was a daunting task, having been our home for 43 years. We needn’t have worried. Not only did Ian get the top price in record time, without going to market, but he was there with help and advise every step of the way. Thoroughly trustworthy and dedicated. Ian’s knowledge on presenting a house for sale, his vast data base of potential customers, and his ability to access trades and services was the key to success. Thank you, Ian.
