Helen clearly has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. Helped me to understand the whole process from start to finish, quick responses to my many questions and overall just an excellent experience. I felt very confident that I was recieving tailored advice that allowed me to make the best choices for my situation.

Helen was knowledgeable with the different loan products available. She listened to what I needed and took the time to source the right product for me.

Helen was incredible when she assisted us with to secure a new home loan when buying and selling. We found her really informative and always open to discussion and interpreting the market. We appreciated Helen’s experience, knowledge and communication style. She is honest, prompt and efficient and we could not recommend her enough.

We cannot thank Helen enough for everything she has done for us. As first home buyers, the whole process felt overwhelming at times, but Helen was there every step of the way. She was always patient, quick to respond, and explained everything in a way that made us feel confident. Thanks to her hard work and support, we are now in our first home. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. Thank you so much, Helen!

Helen is an absolute weapon, her years of experience in the industry were apparent in every part of the process. She was patient, engaged, and genuinely kind the whole way through, and went out of her way to make sure I felt supported and that I understood what was going on as a first home buyer. Her knowledge and experience meant she could sort things quickly and with confidence, but what stands out to me is her authenticity - she really has your back through the whole process. I couldn't recommend Helen highly enough.

Helen made our experience so much better and easier I could not recommend Helen more. Helen never failed to answer any question promptly. The best in the business!

We had engaged Helen before relocating to Tasmania, and when it came time to purchase our first home here, we already knew exactly who we wanted to work with. Helen was fantastic from start to finish. We gave her a tight finance deadline, a rural property purchase, and a few moving parts to work through, and she was always calm, responsive and willing to help. She took the time to explain our options clearly, including different funding scenarios around the first home buyer stamp duty deadline, so we could make decisions with confidence rather than guesswork. What we appreciated most was that Helen genuinely stayed across the details. She kept us updated as documents were received, followed up with the bank, and made sure our loan documents were prioritised due to the settlement deadline. When we were feeling stressed or uncertain, she was reassuring without overpromising, and she helped us understand what was happening at each stage. Buying a property can be overwhelming, especially with a tight timeline, but Helen made the finance side feel much more manageable. She was professional, knowledgeable and supportive, and we’re very grateful for the role she played in helping us get to settlement. We would happily recommend Helen to anyone looking for a broker who is clear, proactive and genuinely invested in helping her clients.

Helen was always quick to respond, finding time to keep things moving along and ensure everything that needed attention was attended to within the time limits we had. She was also thorough and professional in her communication, answering my questions clearly and with sufficient detail, and generally providing the information I needed to feel comfortable and informed through the process. I also found Helen to be personable and kind. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to work with a mortgage broker with the above qualities. 🙏🙏🙏

Helen was fantastic from the very start, keeping me in the loop every step of the way, making it a stress free experience. Would highly recommend Helen to anyone!

Helen once again went above and beyond for us! She is knowledgeable, prompt and approachable. She found the best offer for us, gave us realistic expectations and her inside knowledge is second to none! Helen is a genuine, no nonsense professional who we are thankful to have in our corner! You’re the best Helen!

We’ve been working with Helen for the past 7 years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over that time she has helped us with buying, selling and refinancing, and every single experience has been seamless. Helen’s communication is always excellent — she keeps us informed every step of the way, explains everything clearly, and makes what can sometimes feel overwhelming incredibly straightforward. We completely trust her advice and always feel confident knowing she’s handling things for us. It’s rare to find someone so consistent, reliable and genuinely invested in their clients long-term.
