In July 2020 I was looking to refinance my borrowings in respect of an interstate investment property. I had been approached by a broker but was not happy with his level of interest in my particular needs. I reached out to Kathy Dundas as someone I knew from my local community, but with whom I had not dealt with professionally. Kathy was generous with her advice, which she gave freely, with no expectation that I would switch brokers mid-stream as it were. She actively listened to what I had to say and intuited what I was aiming to achieve. She was honest in her appraisal of the property and in her advice to me. I was more than happy to switch my business to her. Kathy delivered a suite of options for me and, with further consultation, we decided on a particular lender. She was more than helpful with the required documentation and in facilitating the loan approval. There was an issue with the discharging bank on settlement and even though it was unrelated to the new loan which settled successfully, Kathy liaised with the bank on my behalf and stayed in touch and interested in my success in having the second loan discharged. I have no hesitation in recommending Kathy as a very professional and knowledgeable broker, with whom it is lovely to do business.
