I have used Simon previously to purchase 2 properties. Recently I decided to purchase an investment property and started the process with my current bank. Agent was on jury duty so calls took a long time to be responded to. As I am over 60 now their age discrimination policy took effect and I was not offered a 30 year term even though my strategy was tabled. Result I missed the cut off but the seller was understanding and allowed me to use Simon as a broker and refinance other property as part of this deal. All correspondence was timely or proactive. The process went through in about half the agreed time. The benefit of Simon as an agent or a broker is that he can approach different lenders for different cases which enables him to find and negotiate the best deal for you..
