4one4 have been property managers for our rental property for over 5 years. They are great communicators, keeping us up to date with property reports and inform us of any issues which are dealt with quickly. Recently our long term tenant moved out of the property after many years and a new tenant was in place after 4one4 held only one property inspection. Very happy with their support, service and high level of professionalism.

My partner and I are currently moving interstate, which has been a very scary, stressful process. Brendon was so helpful with our application, responding quickly to messages and being very accomodation when it came to organising virtual inspections. This made the process significant easily and we are very grateful for that

Very professional and understanding agents. They were very patient while we waited to hear back from our current landlord, and have been very helpful and engaged since we started working with them
